Chartering Services

Our chartering services are governed by a charter party, a formal, legally binding contract between the shipowner and the charterer. This contract specifies critical details, including the vessel's route, the captain's responsibilities, loading and unloading schedules, and the tax obligations of both parties.

Voyage Charter

n a voyage charter, the shipowner agrees to transport the charterer's cargo between designated ports. The charterer is responsible for paying the agreed freight rate, as well as the costs associated with loading and unloading. This type of charter is particularly suited for irregular or one-time shipments.

Time Charter

A time charter allows the charterer to hire both the vessel and crew for a specified duration. This option is ideal for clients with ongoing or long-term shipping needs. Under this arrangement, the charterer can use the vessel on established trade routes without restriction, while bearing additional operational costs, such as fuel and provisions.

Bareboat Charter

In a bareboat charter, the charterer rents the vessel without crew or captain, assuming full responsibility for the operation of the vessel. The charterer has complete autonomy over navigation, scheduling, and route planning.
